Privacy Policy for ProvenTherapy Companion Apps

1. Our Commitment to Your Privacy Tranquillity Companion App and the Bonds & Blessings Companion App are private sanctuaries for those who need family and/or bereavement healing. We believe that your thoughts and memories are sacred. This app is designed with a “Privacy by Design” philosophy: your data never leaves your device.
2. No Data Collection
- Offline Storage: All journal entries, photos in the Tools, Memory Jar, Garden, and personal reflections are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. We do not have servers, and we cannot see, read, or access any of your content.
- No Accounts: You do not need to create an account or provide an email address to use our Apps.
- No Analytics: We do not use any third-party tracking tools or analytics to monitor your usage.
3. In-App Purchases (The Tip Jar) When you pay for the app or use the Tip Jar to support this ministry, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple or Google.
- We receive a confirmation of the transaction from Apple or Google, but we never see your credit card details, bank account information, or full name.
- Your payment information is governed by Apple and Google’s Privacy Policy.
4. Data Security & Deletion Since your data is stored only on your device, it is protected by your phone’s own security (FaceID/Passcode). If you wish to delete all your data, simply delete the app from your device or tap the re-set button inside the app as appropriate. All locally stored memories and journal entries will be permanently removed.
